These Terms govern your use of veteranloanguidance.com and the phone number displayed on it (the "Service"), operated by Rainy Day Company LLC dba HeyDay Digital Media, operator of VeteranLoanGuidance.com ("VeteranLoanGuidance.com," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is — and isn't

What we do. VeteranLoanGuidance.com is a consumer-education and matching site. It connects Veterans, service members and eligible surviving spouses to independent, VA-approved lenders.

Disclosure. VeteranLoanGuidance.com is not a mortgage lender or broker, does not make loans, take applications or issue approvals, and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice. It is a free education and matching service that connects you with independent, VA-approved lenders. Participating lenders are independent and are not employees or agents of this website. This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Department of Defense or any government agency. VA home loan benefits and eligibility rules are set by the VA; rates, fees, terms and approval are determined solely by the lender. Not all applicants will qualify. Independent lenders. Participating lenders are independent. We do not employ them, supervise them, or vouch for their qualifications, and we do not promise that any lender will accept your request.

Any relationship is with the lender. Submitting a form, calling us, or being contacted by a participating lender does not create a client or representative relationship with us. Any loan application or loan relationship is only between you and a lender.

Fees. Our Service is free to you. Any lender fees are disclosed to you by the lender, in writing, before you commit. Confirm all terms in writing with the lender before agreeing to anything.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service.

3. Consent to be contacted

When you submit a form and check the consent box, or when you call us, you give your express written consent to be contacted by VeteranLoanGuidance.com and its participating lenders at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated calls, prerecorded messages and text messages, about VA home loan options, even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. 4. Your information

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are the person it describes, and that you have the right to provide it. We document your consent using third-party verification services described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting false information, or information about someone else without their permission, is a violation of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to submit spam, test, or fraudulent inquiries; to scrape, crawl, or copy content or data; to interfere with the site's operation or security; to impersonate anyone; or for any unlawful purpose. We may block or rate-limit access we believe violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, logos, and code belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

7. Third-party links and services

The Service may link to the websites of lenders, government agencies, or other third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or services.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY LENDER WILL CONTACT YOU OR ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETERANLOANGUIDANCE.COM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR FROM THE ACTS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY PARTICIPATING LENDER OR PARTNER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, IF ANY. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Placer County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
